To better position ourselves for a year of growth and digital interactions, we are excited to communicate a strategic upgrade of our social media management capabilities. Cross, platform communications will be moved to a new, a more powerful, enterprise, level management system by January 15th.
In short, the change is an effort to keep active the four primary social media networks we have with you and at a high standard. On the 15th, we will be doing a minor maintenance which might cause the interruption of the migration to some extent. Therefore, there might be a slight shift in our standard posting times during the 24, hour window.
The upgrade to this new system will give our team the opportunity to:
Keep Content Flow Stable: Ensuring a more regular flow of content on a daily basis.
Make the Best Use of the Resources: By providing the latest news to the followers at the time that is the most convenient for them.
Increase the Number of Visits: By getting more requests, questions, and comments, and by answering them promptly across all channels.
